About Frank

You may have heard of “The Norwegian Method”, the training approach used by world champions, claimed by many, copied by some. But what if I told you that you can work directly with the man behind it all,  Frank Evertsen.

Frank is a dedicated performance coach and massage therapist, trusted by athletes at the highest level as well as everyday people seeking better movement, faster recovery, and peak performance.
